Legendary American musician Meat Loaf has released a special digital EP entitled If I Can’t Have You, featuring a rollicking version of title-track “If I Can’t Have You” and two brand-new bonus tracks. Download it the "If I Can't Have You" EP at iTunes now!

“If I Can’t Have You” is a duet with former American Idol judge and world renowned songwriter Kara DioGuardi, and also features House star Hugh Laurie on piano. Besides the powerful duet, the EP also features a live version of the Rocky Horror Picture Show classic “Hot Patootie Bless My Soul” from Meat Loaf’s successful Hang Cool Teddy Bear Summer tour. The third song on this release is “Don’t Get Me Goin,” a Hang Cool Teddy Bear studio B-side.

In other exciting Meat Loaf news, he recently appeared as a Rocky Horror Picture Show-hating newsman (alongside original Rocky alum Barry Bostwick) on Fox’s hit show Glee. The episode “The Rocky Horror Glee Show” featured the Glee cast reimagining the original film, with multi-talented actor John Stamos performing Meat Loaf’s signature number, “Hot Patootie Bless My Soul.” Did you miss the episode? Meat Loaf is back! Following Meat Loaf’s fantastically received North American shows this summer, he will be returning to UK shores for the latest leg of his Hang Cool Tour.

After 30 years in the business, one of the world’s best performers returns to show that he’s still at the top of his game. His live performances have been thrilling crowds around the world with that unique voice and flamboyant stage presence.

Opening the tour at Wales’ Cardiff CIA on November 29th, Meat Loaf’s UK tour takes in six further dates in England ending in the final gig wowing Scots fans at Glasgow’s SECC.

This tour will see Meat return to arenas he has not been to since the 2007 tour. In Meat’s own words, he could not be happier to return to the UK: “We’re gonna be kickin’ ass and takin’ names!”

Tickets go on sale on Friday September 3rd at 9am at a standard cost of £48 each and each ticket holder will also receive a Special Edition copy of the Hang Cool Teddy Bear album featuring 4 exclusive live tracks from the recent North American tour, personally mixed by Meat Loaf himself.
