Meat Loaf, one of the most successful recording artists and world’s best performers, has announced today he will be returning to the UK next April with his “Last At Bat” tour to bid a final goodbye to his fans, including a date at London’s O2 Arena.

Opening the tour at Newcastle Arena on April 5th, Meat Loaf and The Neverland Express will hit the highways visiting Glasgow, London, Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester, Sheffield and finishing in Cardiff on April 21st.

Meat Loaf’s final Mad, Mad World tour performances have been canceled indefinitely as intense recovery and cleanup efforts from Hurricane Sandy continue along the East Coast. The remaining concerts were scheduled to take place in New York state which bears brutal marks of the storm’s destructive and deadly path, posing ongoing safety concerns and logistical challenges.

Iconic singer MEAT LOAF has announced the first round of dates for his upcoming “MAD, MAD, WORLD” TOUR in connection with his newly released album HELL IN A HANDBASKET (Sony/Legacy). The trek kicks off in the city of Austin, TX June 22 and runs through August 2, including stops in Los Angeles, Boston and Atlantic City, with more dates expected to be announced.

Iconic singer MEAT LOAF will return to the television airwaves March 14 with a live performance of his new song “The Giving Tree” on NBC’s “Tonight Show With Jay Leno.” The performance coincides with the March 13 release of the new HELL IN A HANDBASKET CD (Sony/Legacy). MEAT LOAF will also sit down that week for an interview on PBS’ “Tavis Smiley Show” (airing Monday, March 19).
